Welcome to c3's co-creating opportunities! c3 is a start-up organization being built around a completely new paradigm of organizational philosophy, design, structure and rewards. Our organization is envisioned as an organic, fractal, open system that places heavy emphasis on vision and values, collaboration, communication, consensus and equity.

Below are a number of opportunities currently available at our organization. At present, these are all equity based positions, though we expect that to change as the organization builds adequate revenue streams. Eventual compensation is envisioned as being a combination of base pay, incentive compensation, and equity. We envision c3 as an employee-owned organization where individuals are generously remunerated based less on rank and more on energetic contribution. c3 has a core executive team modeled on "functional energies" represented in the various systems describing the process of manifestion from vision to manifestation, such as the Eastern chakra system of energies or Western concepts like neurological circuitry. Below are some of the opportunities currently available for consideration by very gifted, talented and extra-ordinary individuals!

• Chief of Voice - A dynamic PR and branding expert. Masterful in defining brands and creating cultural imprints of these brands that drive the business.
• Chief of Intelligence - Complex thinker who can integrate information and find systems to present them in actionable fashion. An expert in IT and communication solutions, with a particular fascination for social networking and how information is processed in our new reality.
• Chief of Expansion - Big thinker who can grow c3 to a global level.  Skillfully creates strategic alliances, detects and opens markets in new territories across transgraphics that go beyond traditional psycho- or demographics (transgraphics are a new modality we are developing that describe populations based on their stage in transformation vs the traditional age/education/gender etc.)
• Chief of Operations - A gifted manager who understands how to "get the trains in on time" through flawless operational execution .  Firmly on the ground of material reality, this individual knows how to take concepts, processes and people and ground them down in form.
• Chief of Community - Heart-centered connector.  With a passion for making connections and connecting people with each other, this individual runs all community aspects of c3 including the social network and c3 membership.
• Chief of Content - Compulsive creative development machine. Focuses on supporting the c3 community in developing content by providing guidance, facilitating project boards and required networking, and develops c3 content brands and co-productions. An expert in Transmedia development - media that is transformational and spans across a variety of delivery mechanisms and channels, this person soars in the new world of content.
  
• Chief of Consulting - An empathic creative consult who can facilitate member service exchanges, development of c3 certifications, and who can take on coordinating, co-designing and implementing our c3 Consulting services for both corporate and indivual application.
• Event Coordinator - Innovative powerhouse and planning guru. Great at coordinating and thinking out of the box.  Good with people and organizing.  Someone who is a big dreamer and a solid actualizer
